Ordering Information

For your shopping convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Weather permitting, orders received by 3 pm Central time Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be processed and shipped either on the same day or the next business day. Due to the warmer weather between May and September orders received on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

For credit card orders please call toll free 1-888-388-9927 (U.S. or Canada) Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time.

We do not use call centers (telephone operators). To provide you with our most personalized service, all calls are answered by our own knowledgeable staff.

Sales Tax

We collect 7.5% sales tax on gifts delivered within the state of Illinois. There is no sales tax for all other states.

Shipping Information

General Shipping Info

We ship on business days, Monday through Friday. However, due to the perishable nature of our products and varied temperatures across the country, we prefer not to ship orders over the weekend between May and September to ensure the chocolates stay in premium condition upon arrival.

Your gift is shipped via UPS ground (date definite guaranteed service - a guarantee to deliver a package sent via UPS(c) by a certain date) doorstep residential delivery or commercial address delivery. Recipient's signature is not required. For commercial address delivery, UPS will require a signature and delivery will be made during business hours. Once received, the chocolates should be kept away from the sun and heat.

Our Shipping Packaging

We take great care in packaging every gift for shipping. When weather warrants, we pack our chocolates in climate controlled packaging with coolpak(s) to ensure perfect condition upon arrival. Each gift arrives with our signature golden medallion seal, complete with a complimentary gift card with your personal message upon request.

Canada Delivery

We ship to U.S. destinations only. We are sorry we do not ship to Canadian destinations.

P.O. Box and APO Delivery

We are happy to deliver your gift to P.O. Box or APO addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS). However, since this is not a guaranteed service, we will not be able to provide you with a date definite guaranteed delivery date. It may take more than 10 days for these deliveries.

We will contact the recipient to arrange for a suitable delivery date for residential address delivery. No need to worry about the package being left outside in the heat if no one is home, You will receive via email tracking information on the day your package is shipped, and be notified again as soon as the package has been delivered.

Track Your Order

We will email you the tracking number and the guaranteed delivery date of your order as soon as we have transmitted shipping information to UPS on the day your order is shipped. This usually happens after 6 pm Central Time. Track your order online at www.ups.com or by phone at 1-800-PICK-UPS. You will again be notified by email as soon as the package has been delivered.
