Track Your Order

We will email you the tracking number and the guaranteed delivery date of your order as soon as we have transmitted shipping information to our carriers on the day your order is shipped. You can either track your order online or by phone. You will again be notified by email as soon as the package has been delivered.

Premium Summer Residential Delivery Service

Between May and September when the weather is warmer, in addition to protecting your gift with sufficient commercial grade coolpaks, we will also contact the recipient to schedule an exact delivery date that is most convenient to the recipient. Click here for more information on shipping. In addition, we will leave instructions for our carriers' delivery personnel to ring the bell to alert the recipient when the package arrives.

Allergy Information

We have available no gluten, no nuts, no dairy, no eggs and other ingredient restriction assortments. However, as all of our products are produced in the same facility, there may be traces of these ingredients in your assortment. Any person with a nut, gluten or dairy allergy should not consume any of our products.
